What does this class cover?

Time & Location
This class meets once a week at the designated time for your start date, on Monday evenings for 4 weeks. Each class is approximately 60 -120 mins long.
Group classes are hosted at our facility located just outside of Edmonton, Alberta, near the town of Namao. Additional details, like our address and how to prepare for class will be sent to you once you have registered!
